Each resident at Chapter House will be assigned a case manager. The 1-to-4 staff-to-resident ratio enables the case managers to provide hours of individualized attention to each resident. Some of the services a case manager will provide include: weekly individual sessions, career & vocational planning, budgeting, accountability, family coaching, working with and identifying life development needs. The case manager is not only assigned to the resident, but also to the family of each resident. This provides a point of contact to each family member for communication and coordination.
