Admissions calls are taken directly by our CEO or our Operations Manger and calls are answered 7 days a week between 8am-9pm Central Time. In the unlikely event that you are asked to leave a message, you will get a return call within one hour. Website inquiries and emails are returned within one hour as well. We understand that many admissions calls will come in from treatment professionals and referrals are time sensitive. For this reason, please leave a very detailed message so that we can streamline the process for everyone involved. All admissions inquiries are kept private.
