Schedule a Site Visit

We welcome any professional who wants to tour Chapter House for purposes of networking or referrals. We enjoy having visitors from the professional community come and see the sober house and the outpatient office and understand who we are and what we do. We ask that you fill out the form below and plan on arriving at about 8:30am and finishing up sometime after lunch. The site visit will give you time to sit with staff and see Chapter House in action. If you are want a visit for networking purposes, we leave the lunch time free for you to present your practice or facility to our staff.
